Shipping/Refunds
ORDERS:
EVERY if not MOST drops are Pre-Orders. The website is open for a week, orders do not start processing until AFTER the website is closed. Depending on the item, it could take up to 2 weeks (AFTER THE WEBSITE CLOSES) before WE have all items in stock, and are able to prepare them for shipping.
I swear if you place an or order and message me 2 days later asking for an update, I will kick a metal pole and tag you on social media.
SHIPPING:

(11/10/2024) - SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE.... I know 6$ shipping when you only live half an hour away is insane... BUT THATS WHAT IT COST.. ITS NOT ME....COME ON MANNNNEEE....
We use mostly USPS for shipping, every order (except some stickers) will have a tracking number. If your package is LOST by USPS, I will try my best to recover the package, or offer a refund.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED, and it is stolen, you are responsible for immediately letting me know either via email, text or private message via one of the social media accounts (@mr.masseto or @theyachtclub.tg). I will try my best to get you either a refund or a replacement once I file a claim thru USPS.
Look, I'm pretty reasonable, but ain't no way imma pay for your hoodie if your neighbor finessed you lmaoooo
REFUNDS:
Jk lol... if you buy the WRONG SIZE item, I can EXCHANGE the item with a "lighter quality" item in the correct size. If your original hoodie is 16oz, the replacement might be 10.5-11oz.
THE ONLY reason I can't do an exact replacements (ON SOME DROPS, I will let you know before hand obviously) is because we buy an exact amount of HIGHER quality/HEAVIER blanks from California... They charge shipping... it's espensssssiive... The only way I can afford to keep the prices of "warren lotas quality" hoodies is by buying bulk.
Other than that.... no refunds. bye.
